تُحدث النماذج اللغوية الكبيرة (Large Language Models- LLMs) تحولًا جوهريًا في التعليم العالي، إلا أن العوامل المؤثرة في تبني الطلاب لها ومستوى ثقتهم بها لا تزال غير مفهومة فهمًا كافيًا، ولا سيما في السياقات التعليمية التي لم تحظَ بتمثيل كافٍ في الأدبيات البحثية. تستقصي هذه الدراسة مستوى وعي طلاب الجامعات بالنماذج اللغوية الكبيرة، وأنماط استخدامها، وتصوراتهم، وتوصياتهم بشأنها، من خلال دراسة مسحية مقطعية شملت طلاب الهندسة وعلوم الحاسوب وعلوم البيانات. واستُخدمت التحليلات الإحصائية الوصفية والاستدلالية لفحص أنماط التبني وتصورات الطلاب. وأظهرت النتائج أن 90% من الطلاب كانوا على دراية بهذه النماذج، وأن 62% منهم استخدموها في مهام البرمجة، إلا أن 51% فقط أفادوا باستخدامها بانتظام يوميًا أو أسبوعيًا، مما يدل على أن المنفعة وسهولة الاستخدام المدركة وحدهما لا تكفيان لتفسير تبني هذه النماذج. كما أدرك الطلاب قيمتها في توفير الوقت ودعم عملية التعلم. وأكدوا باستمرار أن الدقة، وشفافية المصادر، وإمكانية التحقق تمثل متطلبات أساسية للاستخدام المسؤول، مما يبرز الثقة بوصفها عاملًا حاسمًا في استمرار استخدامها. وبناءً على هذه النتائج، تقترح الدراسة نموذج قبول التكنولوجيا المعزز بالثقة (Trust-Calibrated Technology Acceptance Model, TC-TAM)، الذي يوسّع نموذج قبول التكنولوجيا (Technology Acceptance Model, TAM) من خلال دمج الجدارة بالثقة المتصورة بوصفها عاملًا جوهريًا يؤثر في تبني النماذج اللغوية الكبيرة. وتقدم الدراسة توصيات عملية للمعلمين، ومطوري تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي، وصناع السياسات لدعم دمج الذكاء الاصطناعي بصورة شفافة وعادلة ومسؤولة، كما تسهم في إثراء الأدبيات العلمية من خلال تقديم أدلة تجريبية مستمدة من سياق تعليمي لم يحظَ بالدراسة الكافية، بما يعزز البحث في مجال الذكاء الاصطناعي التوليدي في التعليم العالي.التنزيلات
