Assessing Non-Profit Value-Creation Initiatives in Alignment with Societal Impact Standards and the Strategic Goals of Saudi Vision 2030

This study sought to establish criteria for enhancing the societal impact of values-promotion programs within Saudi Arabia’s non-profit sector, while aligning them with the objectives of Vision 2030. Using a descriptive survey and content analysis methodology -employing interviews, questionnaires, and an evaluation tool- the research examined childhood associations and the Vision 2030 document, with a sample of 11 associations under the Coordinating Committee for Childhood Associations. The findings produced six criteria with performance indicators and measurement tools for maximizing impact, identified five Vision 2030 objectives related to values promotion, and evaluated the associations’ programs accordingly. Recommendations included raising awareness of these standards, encouraging donor adoption, expanding Vision 2030-related studies, designing training packages, and creating a national digital platform to document and disseminate successful initiatives.Downloads
