This research aims to analyze the process of heritage knowledge, reveal its content and monitor its dimensions among the advocates of the historical material interpretation of the Arab-Islamic intellectual heritage. It has tried to prove that classification of its schools of thought and the positions of its philosophers completely contradicts the epistemological pattern of that thought, and the character of the historical specificity that distinguishes its issues and problems. The results of the research showed the role and impact of both the systematic treatment and the intellectual foundations of the historical materialistic interpretation in its inability to produce scientific and objective knowledge of the Arab Islamic intellectual heritage.Downloads
