The study aimed to examine the use of interdisciplinary studies in designing university curricula for enhancing human values and skills, based on 200 human resource development experts onions from Egypt, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Jordan, and Morocco. A quantitative qualitative methodology was employed, comprising surveys (27 items, five-point Likert scale) an interviews analyzed using NVivo. Findings revealed a soft skills gap (85% of experts, mean 2.5/5), with 46% of executives noting graduates’ unpreparedness for the labor market. Bureaucracy scored (90%, mean 4.7/5) due to centralization and lack of flexibility (70% of interviews). Low female labor participation stood at (22%, despite 65% being graduates). 88% of experts confirmed that integrating disciplines, such as education and psychology, improves curricula (mean 4.4/5), and 75% supported project-based learning, like designing modules on "AI and ethics." The study recommends developing interdisciplinary programs, training 10,000 teachers by 2027, establishing innovation centers with the private sector, and allocating 30% of grants to empower women. The applied value emphasizes the necessity of interdisciplinary studies to bridge the education-labor market gap, enhance soft skills, and balance technological progress with human values, proposing longitudinal studies to measure impact.
