تصورات أعضاء هيئة التدريس للمهارات الناعمة اللازمة لطلبة جامعة الملك سعود في ضوء متطلبات المعرفة

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على تصورات أعضاء هيئة التدريس للمهارات الناعمة اللازمة لطلبة جامعة الملك سعود في ضوء متطلبات مجتمع المعرفة، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وأداةً للدراسة تم إعدادها والتأكد من صدقها وثباتها، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (224) عضواً من أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية بجامعة الملك سعود. وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن تصورات عينة الدراسة للمهارات الناعمة المهمة لطلبة جامعة الملك سعود جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة. وأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن درجة توافق برامج وممارسات جامعة الملك سعود مع المهارات الناعمة جـاءت بدرجة متوسطة، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عنـد مستوى (α ≤ 0.05) لتقديرات عينة الدراسة للمهارات الناعمة المهمة لطلبة جامعة الملك سعود تعزى لمتغيرات (التخصص الأكاديمي، والرتبة الأكاديمية، والمركز الوظيفي). وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة صياغة وتبني رؤية متجددة للجامعات تنطلق من واقع واحتياجات وفلسفة المجتمع واحتياجاته وفلسفته، وتطوير المناهج الدراسية لتتواءم مع المهارات الناعمة المهمة لطلبة جامعة الملك سعود.
