Degree of Global Leadership Skills Practice among Academic Leaders Hail University from the Perspective of Faculty Members

This study aimed to examine the extent to which academic leaders at the University of Hail practice global leadership skills from the perspective of faculty members. For the study purposes, the descriptive methodology was employed. For data collection, a questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 170 faculty members. The findings indicated a high level of global leadership skills among the academic leaders, with no statistically significant differences observed at the significance level (α ≤ 0.05) based on variables such as years of experience or academic rank. However, statistically significant differences were noted at the same significance level when considering the type of college. There was a higher degree of practice in global leadership skills in favor of applied sciences colleges. Based on these results, the study recommended providing academic leaders at the University of Hail with opportunities to engage in fellowships with academic leaders at regional and international universities to enhance their understanding of modern leadership approaches, particularly in the context of global leadership.
